Welcome to The Savvy Senior!
The support you've been looking for—for yourself or someone you love.

Who We Are
A trusted partner for aging well at home.
We believe aging in place is about more than healthcare. It’s about maintaining independence, staying connected, and having the right support to navigate everyday life with confidence and dignity.
The Savvy Senior provides proactive, non-medical lifestyle support and coordination for older adults and their families.
We complement healthcare and public services by providing personalized assistance, thoughtful coordination, and a trusted presence—helping make everyday life easier while supporting independence, connection, and quality of life at home.
Whether you’re looking for occasional assistance or ongoing support, we’re here to make everyday life more manageable, help families stay connected, and provide greater peace of mind.
Who We Serve
Adult children (40+) who are balancing careers, family responsibilities, and the growing needs of parents or in-laws aging-in-place. They are current or future caregivers seeking trust, lifestyle support, care coordination, and assistance to help their loved ones remain independent.
Older adults (60+) in the Calgary area—living independently or couples who require lifestyle support to maintain their daily lives. This includes seniors with limited support, living at a distance from family, or those who are seeking services beyond those that are publicly funded.
What We Offer
Care Coordination & Family Support
We help simplify the logistics of everyday life by coordinating appointments, arranging transportation, accompanying clients when needed, facilitating family communication, and connecting clients with trusted community resources.
Non-Medical Home Support
Proactive lifestyle assistance that helps clients remain comfortable and independent at home, including housekeeping through our Savvy Home Refresh service, meal preparation, errands, and regular wellness and safety check-ins.
Companionship & Social Engagement
Meaningful relationships matter—we provide companionship, community outings, and activities tailored to each client's interests, helping foster connection, purpose, and overall well-being while reducing social isolation.
Transition Support
Whether downsizing, relocating, or settling into a new community, we provide compassionate guidance and hands-on support to make life's transitions feel more organized, manageable, and less overwhelming.
Digital Literacy & Technology Support
Personalized assistance with smartphones, tablets, video calls, online safety, and scam awareness—helping clients stay connected, informed, and confident using everyday technology.
Our Difference
Beyond the services we provide, we build trusted relationships. By noticing subtle changes, coordinating resources, communicating with families, and proactively addressing concerns, we assist clients to navigate the aging journey with confidence.
